Enter your delivery postcode in the basket and we calculate the road-driving distance from our Kings Norton dispatch point, B31 3AX. One-off and fortnightly orders are charged 60p per actual road mile. There is no service fee for routes up to 5 road miles; routes over 5 miles add a flat £2.99 service fee. Weekly subscribers receive free delivery within our delivery radius.

The exact fruit changes because we buy around quality, seasonality and what is genuinely good at the market that week. We hand-pick premium fruit and choose for ripeness, flavour and condition. Alongside familiar favourites, some produce is sourced globally, so Fruit Lover’s and selected weekly boxes can include unusual fruits that are harder to find in normal UK supermarkets. The aim is simple: a box that tastes exciting, feels fresh and gives you plenty of variety.

Custom Boxes start at £25. You can keep the box at the £25 level and tell us which fruits you prefer, or use it as a starting point for a larger bespoke box. Adding more fruit or higher-value specialist fruit can increase the price. If you want something bigger than the standard £25 custom box, message us on WhatsApp and we will help build and price it for you before you order.

Yes. Choose the Custom Box and tell us what you like, what you do not want, and any priorities such as more exotic fruit. We will build around your request while still selecting the best quality fruit available that week.

Choose your box and add it to your basket. Before payment you can complete your Urban Taste profile so we can see your favourites, what you want more or less of, and your “avoid” preferences. Then continue to Stripe Checkout to enter your contact, delivery and payment details securely. Once payment is completed, our team will confirm your order and message you with your delivery information.

Our regular delivery day is Saturday. Place your order by Thursday at 8pm so we have time to source the best available fruit, pack your box carefully and organise the Saturday delivery route.

Choose Weekly or Every 2 weeks in your basket. Weekly subscriptions include free delivery. Fortnightly subscriptions repeat the box price plus the postcode-calculated delivery charge every 2 weeks. Stripe securely stores the payment method and charges automatically until cancelled. Your regular delivery day remains Saturday. Custom Boxes are currently one-off only.

Urban Whole Foods uses WhatsApp for customer service, so you do not need to contact us by email. Stripe Checkout may ask for the customer’s email address for billing, receipts and the Stripe customer record. We collect a phone number as well so we can communicate about the fruit box by WhatsApp.

Message us on WhatsApp at 07960 066563 and we can manage the subscription in Stripe. Please contact us before Thursday at 8pm if you want a change to apply before the next Saturday delivery.

FRESH5 gives a new customer £5 off their first order. Existing customers can also generate a personal referral code from their name and WhatsApp number. A friend using that code gets £5 off their first paid order; after Stripe confirms the payment, a one-use £5 reward code is automatically added to the referrer’s rewards.
